1. Agreement

By accessing or using BullShield (“the Service”), operated by djam.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BullShield is an AI-powered conversation analysis tool that provides real-time call coaching (CallShield) and text message analysis (TextShield). The Service uses artificial intelligence to detect manipulation tactics, scams, and pressure techniques, and suggests possible responses.

3. Important Disclaimers

• Not legal advice: BullShield's “Legal” response style provides general information only. It is not a substitute for qualified legal advice. Always consult a solicitor for legal matters.
• AI limitations: Our AI analysis is not infallible. BS scores, tactic detection, and response suggestions are AI-generated and may contain errors. Use your own judgement.
• Recording laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording and monitoring in your jurisdiction. In the UK, you may record calls you are a party to for personal use, but laws vary by region.
• No guarantee of outcomes: BullShield suggests responses but cannot guarantee any particular outcome in your conversations.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.

5. Free & Pro Plans

• Free plan: 1 AI analysis per day, 2 response styles, basic features. No payment required.
• Pro plan: £9.99/month. Unlimited analyses, all features. Billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BullShield to:

• Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or harassment.
• Monitor or record calls without the knowledge or consent of parties where required by law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service.
• Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or threatening.

7. Intellectual Property

BullShield, including its design, code, AI models, tactics database, and branding, is the intellectual property of djam.ai. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullShield and djam.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
